1. About our plant

Waste oil is used and discarded oil , including waste engine oil, tire pyrolysis oil, plastic pyrolysis oil and black oil etc. Waste oil is a kind of energy source, if we throw it away, it can not only cause environment pollution, but also energy waste.In order to recycle and resuse waste oil, Chongqing VBOLT designed waste oil distillation machine, which can refine waste oil into diesel.Then,how to realize the refining of waste oil into diesel? What is the working process? Next, I will take waste oil distillation machine as an example to introduce the working process.
1.After waste oil reacted with catalyst, the waste oil will be heated to distill the byproducts out at different temperature. 2.When the oil temperature reaches to 95-100 ºC, water in the used oil begins to be distilled out, water vapor will be cooled by the condensers, and then we can collect water liquid. about 220ºC light oil and 420ºC diesel will be storage in different tanks,
3. The diesel will go to refining system for further refining, final diesel after refining will be more clear
Advantage of used oil regenerate system:1) Low cost, cost is 30$ for additives to refine one tons used engine oil
